Dust or spilled product is contained within the enclosure and returned to the tail end of the conveyor where it is automatically reloaded back on to the carrying surface of the belt. Although known for the spool-shaped carrying idlers, Hi Roller manufactures numerous idler designs dependent on the application. All idlers have bearings isolated from the internal atmosphere of the conveyor. The Hi Life idler is the longest life troughing idler available in an enclosed belt conveyor. For enclosed galleries, Hi Roller offers the Consignor - a totally enclosed, fully automated movable tripper to replace open belt trippers. The Consignor is much cleaner and safer than open belt trippers and much more efficient than chain or enmasse conveyors.
