Continuing the strategic discussion of the 2008 and 2009 Leadership Conferences, GEAPS leaders will meet July 13-15 in Minneapolis to discuss GEAPS' efforts to encourage the next generation of grain operations professionals to enter the industry. The 2010 Leadership Conference will address the challenge faced as large numbers of employees near retirement as it relates to GEAPS' recent expansions in the areas of online education and grain operations management certification.
