GEAPS has reserved room blocks and negotiated special conference rates for Exchange attendees at these two hotels. Both are connected to the convention center via skyway. Please make your reservations by Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, in order to utilize the GEAPS rate. Reservations made after this date will not include a rate guarantee.
Marriott Louisville Downtown (GEAPS Exchange Host Hotel)
The Marriott is already sold out on one of the peak conference nights, so they may not be able to provide accomodations through the whole conference. There may be some cancellations, so continue to check availability.

Catch a Ride on the HAC Shuttles, Saturday, Feb. 23
The 2013 Exchange Host Advisory Council is providing complimentary transportation services from the Louisville International Airport on Saturday, Feb. 22, noon-6 p.m. Look for the Exchange 2013 Welcome Center in the baggage claim area where helpful volunteers will direct you to the host transportation. If you prefer to use another means of travel, or just have general questions, the Host Committee can help with that as well.
