Registration: Pre-Registration is now closed for Exchange 2004. You can now register in person at the Exchange by coming to the Registration Center in the main lobby of the Minneapolis Convention Center. Onsite Registration begins at 10:00 am, Saturday, February 21.

Hotels: The Hilton Minneapolis & Towers will be Exchange '04 headquarters. The hotel is located just a couple of blocks from the Convention Center and connected by heated skyway. Rooms are available for Exchange participants at $130 per night, single or double, plus 13% tax. Contact the Hilton directly at 612-376-1000 for reservations. Another hotel option: The Millennium, also located just blocks away, and connected by skyway. Rooms are available for $95 per night, single or double, plus 13% tax. Contact the Millennium directly for reservations at 866-866-8086. Note: The reservation cut-off date for both hotels is Jan. 30, 2004.

The educational program: The Exchange will include more than 20 hours of educational programming. Sessions will be held Monday, Feb. 23, and Tuesday, Feb. 24.  In addition, a pre-conference workshop is tentatively planned for Saturday, Feb. 21. Social events: Get-acquainted party, Saturday, Feb. 21; opening brunch, Sunday, Feb. 22; banquet, Tuesday night, March 24. Other social activities under development.

Sponsorship opportunities: Numerous Exchange events and items are available for company sponsorship, including the Get-Acquainted Party, the Opening Brunch, educational sessions, refreshment breaks, wake-up stations, the Pre-Conference Workshop, the Exchange program book and lunches in the expo hall. By helping GEAPS pay for these and other Exchange items and events, sponsors gain valuable recognition in a core audience. Sponsorship opportunities range from $100 to $4,500 and up.
