Grain Elevator and Processing Society: GEAPS
expo2008

SOLD OUT
Planning for Omaha, we knew that Exchange 2008 would be successful, but few if any predicted that it would break records for sheer size. Now, it’s clear that the Big Show is going to be larger than it’s ever been—and we’re talking 78 years of history.

All 371 booths of our four-times-expanded floor plan have been sold, shattering the previous record of 314 set at Exchange 2000 in Kansas City. In all, the Omaha Exchange will have more than 250 different companies exhibiting—and that’s a record, too.

The expo hall is also certain to be busy with traffic. Part of that will stem from overall interest in the Exchange this year, due to the location, strong chapters in the region, and the overall quality of our program. But there’s also the “expo pods”—curtained-off areas designed to give small groups of people hands-on educational opportunities with grain-industry equipment. This year’s focus will be on grain-quality assessment.

An estimated 2,000 people from around the world are expected to attend Exchange ’08, set for Feb. 23-27 at the Qwest Center in downtown Omaha.

The current floor plan shows you who’s planning to attend.
