GEAPS has developed a world-class distance education program in partnership with Kansas State University (K-State). Courses are designed to be as convenient as possible, and combine GEAPS members’ unparalleled on-the-job experience with K-State’s academic expertise to create courses that teach you best practices and standards from across the industry. When you complete a course you earn one continuing education unit from the university and a certificate of completion.

Lectures and coursework are completely online and can be completed at your own pace when you have time over five weeks.  Courses provide structured learning modules and encourage you to interact with faculty and other students. Select courses are now available in Spanish. If your company is looking for an efficient way to train large groups of employees, group training options include volume discounts and classes on-demand.

Courses cost $640 for GEAPS members and $815 for non-members.

The GEAPS/K-State program also provides career tracks where you can earn the industry’s only formal Credentials in Grain Operations Management and Grain Processing Management. You earn a credential by completing an organized series of six courses. Specialist credentials are available in key areas of grain operations management. Courses are offered at regular intervals, so you can customize the path to a credential to fit your schedule. Click here to learn more about the credential program.
