The International Board of Directors represents the interests of all members in evolving and advancing GEAPS' strategic plan. The Board identifies and oversees the development and implementation of member programs and services that best serve GEAPS' core purpose -- providing forums that promote innovation and facilitate the exchange of ideas and information about grain industry operations safety, health, efficiency and environmental responsibility. GEAPS International bylaws define the board structure. GEAPS International Officers are also on the Board.

Associates Board 2010-2011 Secretary (2014)
Mr. Chant is president of Safe-Grain/Maxi-Tronic Inc, Mason, OH. He joined GEAPS in 1982 and has served in chapter and International leadership. Scott was elected in 2006 as an Associates Board director. He previously served from 1997-2000 as an Associates Board director. As Associates Board secretary, Scott was responsible for Associates Board communication and recordkeeping. The Associates Board secretary serves as a member of its Program Budget Committee and Sponsorship co-chair for GEAPS Exchange. The Associates Board secretary is also one of three Associate-member representatives to the GEAPS International Board of Directors. For 2011-12, Scott serves as Associates board representative to the Distance Education Program Oversight Committee. He also serves as a member of the Exchange 2013 Host Advisory Council.
Chad J Cook, Intermountain

Mr. Cook is northwest regional grain technician for Deseret Grain Storage, Burley, ID. He joined GEAPS in 2002 and has served in chapter leadership. Chad was elected in 2008 as an International Board director. For 2011-12, he also serves as a member of the Nominations Committee for the International Board 2012 election and the Distance Education Program Oversight Committee.

Ms. Good is district sales manager for Brock Grain Systems, Milford, MO. She joined GEAPS in 1995 and has served in International leadership. Deb was elected in 2007 as an Associates Board director and in 2010 as an officer in succession to the office of Associates Board 2012-13 president. As Associates Board vice president, Deb chaired the Associates Board Program Budget Committee and served as a member of the Associates Board Director and Member Recognition Nominations Committee. The Associates Board vice president is one of three Associate-member representatives to the GEAPS International Board of Directors and also serves as a member of the Marketing Oversight Committee. For 2011-12, she serves as an Associates board representative to the GEAPS Exchange Educational Programming Committee.

Mr. Jundt is commodities manager for Pacific Ethanol Columbia LLC, Boardman, OR. He joined GEAPS in 2000 and has served in chapter and International
leadership. Jim was elected in 2009 as an International Board director. At the International level, he serves as a member of the International Executive Committee, and as International board liaison to the Educational Programming Committee. At the chapter level, he served as Inland Empire secretary/treasurer.
Eric Kelley, Tri-State

Mr. Kelley works as an operations supervisor for Attebury Grain LLC, Amarillo, TX. He joined GEAPS in 2005 and has served in chapter leadership. Eric was elected in 2011 as an International Board director. At the chapter level, he serves as president of the Tri-State Chapter.

Mr. Kerrigan is a safety manager for the grain division at Bunge North America in St. Louis, MO. He joined GEAPS in 2006 and has served in chapter leadership. Matthew was elected in 2011 as an International Board director.
Ben Lackey, Mid-South
Riceland Foods Inc (2013)
Mr. Lackey is director of commodity operations for Riceland Foods Inc, Stuttgart, AR. He joined GEAPS in 1984 and has served in chapter and International leadership. Ben was elected in 1992 as an International Board director. For 2011-12, he also serves as the International Board liaison to the Membership Committee. At the chapter level, Ben serves as Mid-South secretary/treasurer.
Wes O'Bannon, Great Plains

Mr. O’Bannon is the chief operations officer at Farmway Cooperative in Beloit, KS. Wes joined GEAPS in 2009 and has served in chapter leadership. At the chapter level, he serves as president of the Great Plains Chapter.

Mr. Rowe is senior director for grain, soy processing and PACMA operations for Perdue AgriBusiness, Salisbury, MD. He first joined GEAPS in 1988 and has served in chapter and International leadership. Greg was elected in 2004 as an International Board director.
Timothy J Sullivan, Greater Iowa
West Central (2012)
Mr. Sullivan is quality systems manager for West Central, Ralston, IA. Tim joined GEAPS in 1982 and has served in chapter and International leadership. Tim was elected in 2002 as an International board director and was appointed in 2005 to the office of International treasurer, a position he held until 2011. In 2011, Tim was appointed to fill a vacant seat on the International Board for 2011-2012.

Mr. Vaughn is sales engineer for Union Iron Works Inc, Boone, IA. He joined GEAPS in 1984 and has served in chapter and International leadership.
Gary was elected in 2006 as an Associates Board director and in 2009 as an officer in succession to the office of Associates Board 2011-12 president. As Associates Board president, Gary chaired the Associates Board and membership meetings and served as an ex-officio member of all Associate Board committees. The Associates Board president is one of three Associate-member representatives to the GEAPS International Board of Directors and serves as a member of the Executive and Marketing Oversight Committees. For 2012-13, he serves as an ex-officio of the Associate Board and chair of its Director and Member Recognition Nominations Committee.
Tom Winkel, North Iowa

Mr. Winkel is safety coordinator and operations assistant for MaxYield Cooperative, West Bend, IA. He joined GEAPS in 2004 and has served in chapter and International leadership. Tom was elected in 2010 as an International board director. For 2010-11, he also chairs the Chapter Resource Committee and serves as a member of the Marketing Oversight Committee.
