How to Create a User Name and Password (For Existing Member/User)
Go to the membership database (members.geaps.com -- opens in new window so you can keep these instructions open).
On the left-hand side, in the “Log On” box, click “Please create a new account”
Follow the instructions and click continue
“Matching Record Found”
If the information is yours, click on your email address to create your user name and password.
You will be asked to create a user name. This can be anything, but make sure you select something that you will remember (i.e. your first initial, last name; a nickname; anything you would like).
Type in your user name and click “Submit”.
You will then see a screen titled “Recover Account Information” and see this message: “A password reset request for YOURUSERNAME has been sent to YOUREMAILADDRESS. Please check your email to reset your password.”
Go to your email account and look for an email with the subject line: “GEAPS - Password reset request.” Click on the link within that email to create a new password for your user account. As with your user name, the password should be something that you will remember; GEAPS staff will not have access to your password.
Once you enter your new password and click submit -- you will be brought to the GEAPS Member Services Home Page, and will be ready to start using the membership database.
Create a User Name and Password (New User – Not in System)

On the left-hand side, in the “Log On” box, click “Please create a new account”
Follow the instructions and click continue
If the information displayed is not yours, click on “No Match – Continue”
First, you need to search for your company. Type the first word of your company name into the search box, choose the number of results per page you would like to see, and click on “Search.”
Select your company from the list of results. (Please note: Company addresses listed in this step may be the corporate address and not the address of your particular facility. You WILL have the opportunity to change this address in the following steps if you need to.)
If your company is not listed, click on “My company is not listed, skip this step.” You will need to contact the GEAPS Office to inform us of our company name and address.
You will then need to complete “Step 2 of 3.” Fill out the information and click “Continue.”
You will then arrive at “Step 3 of 3,” and see the following message: Your account has been created.
You will receive an e-mail shortly with instructions on how to activate your account.)
