It's that time of year! Most memberships expired June 30, and if yours is among them, you'll receive a renewal form in the mail by the end of May. To remain on board, return the form along with your payment by July 31, 2010.

In the mailing, we'll include an offer that could cut your renewal costs to nothing. For every new member that you sponsor, we slice dollars off your fee. If you sponsor four new members by June 30--and send in their applications with your renewal statement--you're home free.

How to Renew Your Membership
If you would like to renew your 2009-2010 Membership, you may do so using our new online membership database. It's easy, secure and fast. In order to use the system, you'll need to have your current email address.
Steps to renewing your GEAPS Membership.
1. Click here to login to the new membership database. (Opens in new window.) NOTE: If you have already logged into the main GEAPS website as a member, click on the "Member Directory" link at the top of any page to go directly to the membership database and already be logged in. You can go directly to Step 3.
2. To login, enter your email address. If this is your first time in the new system, enter "123" as your password. The first thing you will be prompted to do is reset your password to secure your account. After successfully setting a new password, continue with step 3.
3. Click the "Membership" on the menu buttons across the top of the browser window. Your next screen will say "Memberships." If it's after June 30 and you haven't renewed, you'll see "Expired" in red for your membership status.
4. Under "General Tasks," click "Renew your GEAPS Membership!"
5. Choose your appropriate membership type. If necessary, update your membership information.
6. Enter your payment information and you're done!
