Mailing List Maintenance
One of the most effective ways of communicating with your members is through a regular email blasts or mailings. A proper meeting notice should state the time, date and place of the meeting. Do not forget the program and agenda, i.e., topic and/or speaker or special event of the evening. Be sure to also include the name and contact information of a chapter leader who can be contacted with questions.
The chapters receive updated chapter rosters on the 15th of every month from the International Office. This list will contain new members, address changes, transfers, etc.
Your chapter’s mailing of the meeting notices is a service that could be provided by Associate members who could print the meeting notice on their letterhead and gain advertising exposure.
