Since 1954 Safe-Grain / Maxi-Tronic has provided grain temperature detection, aeration systems, and hazard monitoring controls. SafeTrack™ grain temperature PC based wireless system and MaxiTrack™ predictive maintenance system each include remote scanning, iOS and Android viewing, email and text alerts, archiving and history tracking, subscription-free cloud-based monitoring, and Modbus for PLC. Hazard monitors and controls include MaxiScan™ 24+ for motion, temperature, BeltTracker™ misalignment switches or rub block belt misalignment, the EZ521 motion controller, EZMount™ motion sensors, and the FM200 Flow/No Flow control. We manufacture hot bearing and gear reducer temperature sensors. RadarTrack™ and RadarMax™ continuous bin level monitoring is immune to dust and high temperatures. Optional SolarMax™ solar power for SafeTrack and RadarMax offers affordable, true wireless installation.
