Steve Tippery draws on a career that spans both equipment development and agricultural technology. He spent the first 20 years of his career in global combine harvester development with Caterpillar, Claas, and AGCO, contributing to innovations that advanced efficiency and performance in the field. Over the past 10 years, Steve has led innovations at RealmFive, where the team has focused on delivering connected solutions that drive automation and data-driven decision-making for agribusiness. His leadership at RealmFive has been recognized with 13 AE50 awards and 30 granted patents, underscoring the impact on advancing agricultural technology. Steve’s perspective is grounded in firsthand experience, having grown up on a corn, soybean, and livestock farm in northeast Nebraska. He holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Nebraska, an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and is a graduate of the prestigious Nebraska LEAD program, which emphasizes leadership development in agriculture.
