Joe Mylnek

Joe Mlynek is a graduate of Bowling Green State University. He began working in safety in 1996, gaining experience in industries such as grain handling, milling, insurance, construction, manufacturing, and maritime. In 2009, Joe established Progressive Safety Services LLC, a company that offers safety consulting services, including safety assessments, training, and safety program development. 

Joe is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and an Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST). He is an active member of the National Grain and Feed Association, Grain Elevator and Processing Society, Ohio Risk Coordinators, National Fire Protection Association, and American Society of Safety Professionals.  

Joe is also a co-owner of Safety Made Simple, based in Olathe, Kansas. Safety Made Simple provides online training courses designed for the Ag industry.
