Getting involved with the GEAPS Cornbelt Chapter is a great way to grow your professional network. GEAPS is a dynamic, international organization with opportunities at every turn. While you will be able to meet virtually and in-person with members around the world at our trainings and events, you probably will form the closest contacts with members in your home chapter in Illinois.
Cornbelt Chapter is welcoming, so welcoming we partner with other chapters to produce great events, such as the mini-convention with the Hoosier chapter in November.
Other events include plant tours, a tradeshow, regular meetings and social events. Cornbelt is an active, involved chapter!
If you haven’t yet, be sure to connect with us. If you’re not sure what’s going on, your Cornbelt chapter leaders are listed to the right. They would be happy to hear from you! Wondering what’s going on? Look below to see the local chapter calendar of events in the Decatur area.
Also, check your email for Member Focus. Each month, GEAPS will send you an email listing chapter events. Traveling for business? Chapter events are usually open to all, no matter your home base. Visiting other chapters is a great way to expand your network.
