PCL Construction is Canada’s largest general contractor and the 7th largest in United States. PCL is 100% employee owned with a 117-year history that has more than $5 billion of completed projects in our farm-to-plate portfolio. We work across Canada and the United States, performing all types of construction and work within all types of contractual arrangements: design build, construction management, etc. We have established a center of excellence for agribusiness and food services, based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and another center focused on food and manufacturing, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
