Gary Bandel, having over two decades in the malting industry, has built deep expertise in both operations and safety leadership. He started his career on the production side as a malthouse operator and malt elevator legman before moving into safety management. Today, as Regional Safety Manager at Rahr Corporation, Gary is passionate about creating safer workplaces and supporting teams across the region.
