CONVEY’26 Returns to Omaha with a Focus on Safety, Operations and Industry Progress

Published: May 07, 2026

CONVEY’26 lands in Omaha, Nebraska, August 3–5, 2026, bringing together today’s safety and operations leaders navigating new technologies, evolving regulations, and increasing pressure to do more with less. This annual event is once again hosted by Grain Elevator and Processing Society (GEAPS)Grain Journal, and the National Grain and Feed Association (NGFA). CONVEY‘26 is a unique opportunity designed for grain professionals who want practical strategies, real-world insights, and forward-looking solutions they can put into action immediately.

Thousands of professionals have relied on CONVEY for its focused, high-impact program covering the issues shaping safety performance. “Safety and operational excellence remain essential priorities across the grain and grain processing industries,” said John Caupert, GEAPS CEO. “CONVEY’26 brings together the leaders, ideas, and proven practices that help reduce risk, strengthen performance, and stay ahead of changing demands.”

New in 2026, the Mycotoxin Risk: From Ground to Feed Workshop offers a comprehensive look at one of agriculture’s most persistent challenges. Held on Monday, August 3, prior to the opening night reception, the session will explore how mycotoxins influence the entire value chain—from growing conditions and harvest through storage, processing, and animal food production. With a focus on regulatory considerations and practical application, the workshop will highlight why this issue matters to industry stakeholders and identify key areas where participants can take action within their operations.

“Building upon the successes of previous years, we are excited to offer an even more dynamic and comprehensive program for CONVEY’26,” said Jess McCluer, NGFA Senior Vice President, Safety and Regulatory. “This collaborative effort promises expert-led sessions covering the latest in safety protocols, technological advancements, and operational strategies.” Expanded networking events will also provide invaluable insights and connections for grain, feed, and processing professionals.

Both returning and new participants are invited to join the experience and build stronger relationships, smarter strategies, and real business opportunities. “CONVEY’26 brings together the conversations and connections that matter most, with a focus on safety, automation, regulation, workforce challenges, and the practical solutions driving operations forward,” said Glen Gudino, President of GEAPS Media Group, publisher of Grain Journal. “Whether you’re managing facilities, addressing technical challenges, or making key investment decisions, CONVEY is where meaningful discussions take place.”

The event will feature presentations and panel discussions highlighting real-world strategies and operational insights. GEAPS and NGFA members may now register at a discounted rate for the conference and/or the Mycotoxin workshop. Early-bird pricing expires June 30. For a complete list of presentations, additional information, or to register, please visit conveyconference.com
