GEAPS Regional Leadership Trainings are one-day workshops brought directly to various GEAPS member regions. They feature a consistent curriculum and expert trainer, making high-value professional development accessible and affordable to front-line leaders.

Who Is This Program For?

This program is built for front-line leaders in the grain and grain processing industries who are stepping into people leadership roles. They can immediately put to use the practical tools and skills learned throughout these trainings.
