Shipping, Receiving and Storage
Group will be assessed package handling charges for materials which are received or stored by the Hotel more than 3 days before and/or more than 3 days after the function date as follows:
– $5.00 per package per day for the first package and $10.00 per package thereafter
– $100.00 per pallet/container
For other items, the charge will be determined at time of arrival.
The Hotel is not responsible for storage of exhibit property or large quantities of parcels. When shipping to the hotel, we ask that packages:
a) Be shipped to arrive no more than 3 days prior to the event.
b) All packages should be numbered 1 of 10, 2 of 10, 3 of 10, etc.
c) All packages must be addressed as follows:
Holiday Inn Portland – Columbia Riverfront

Hold for: Guest Name, Company Name
Group Name, Arrival Date – Departure Date
*It is the sole responsibility of the Group to ascertain that their packages have arrived.
