Get Ready for Portland
 

While the educational program is still in the planning stages, there's one part of Exchange 2011 that's set far in advance: the Expo Hall map. It's a years-long process, with GEAPS leaders choosing locations as many as five years out, that starts with determining how many 10'x10' booth spaces will comfortably fit in the hall and culminates at advance booth sales at GEAPS Exchange. In Wichita, companies who have exhibited with GEAPS for as many as 41 years secured their spots at Exchange 2011 in Portland, Ore., and booths have been booked in the main hall as well as expansion areas.

The current floor plan includes over 330 booths occupied by 212 exhibitors. There are a total of 368 booths in the Exchange 2011 Expo Hall.  While the floor plan will undoubtedly change before GEAP-ers convene in Portland, this is your first peek at what will unfold at Exchange 2011.
