International Waiver Program

International travelers who are seeking to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) are now subject to enhanced security requirements and will be required to pay an administrative fee. All eligible travelers who wish to travel to the U.S. under the program must apply for Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) and pay the required fee. Letters of Invitation

Visitors who require a written letter of invitation for their visa requirements can obtain one from the GEAPS office. Please send invitation requests to info@geaps.com to receive a formal letter of invitation to the conference. In the email, please include:

  • Name
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth
  • Company
  • Company Address, Phone Number, Email and Fax Number
  • Passport Information, including:
    • Passport Number
    • Country of Issue
    • Date of Issue
    • Expiration Date
