Expo FAQs 

Are non-exhibitors allowed to solicit business from attendees or other exhibitors while at Exchange? Open

No. GEAPS prohibits solicitation by individuals or companies that are not officially registered as exhibitors at GEAPS Exchange. 

If an attendee who is not representing a registered exhibiting company is observed soliciting business from an attendee or registered exhibitor in the Expo Hall or any other public space or facility under GEAPS’ Exchange show management, that person may be asked to leave the facility immediately. Additional penalties may also apply. 

GEAPS recognizes that “suitcasing” may also include commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room, restaurant, club, or other public place of assembly over which GEAPS does not have management control. This policy applies to GEAPS events at venues, facilities, or portions of facilities under GEAPS show management, including any event, facility, or space reserved by or for GEAPS. 

Observed violations should be reported to GEAPS’ Exposition Services Manager. 

What food and beverages are available in the Expo Hall? Open

Need a drink or a quick snack? We’ve got you covered. Numerous refreshment breaks will be available throughout the conference, providing opportunities to recharge and connect with other attendees. 

Lunch is also served daily in the Expo Hall, compliments of our generous sponsors. 

Are there exhibitor prize drawings? Open

Yes! As you explore the Expo Hall, you’ll have opportunities to enter prize drawings offered by participating exhibitors. 

Winners of exhibitor-sponsored prize drawings will be announced Tuesday afternoon from 1:30–1:45 p.m. Listen for your name—you could be a winner!
