Tom Rodman

GEAPS Columbia River Chapter 

Tom Rodman serves as the plant manager for TEMCO, LLC in Kalama, WA, and has been an active GEAPS member since 1998. Throughout his long-standing involvement, he has driven membership growth, coordinated chapter meetings, strengthened industry engagement, and led numerous chapter initiatives. Within the Columbia River Chapter, Tom has held nearly every leadership role—serving three terms as President as well as Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer. His commitment to professional development extends to the GEAPS Educational Programming Committee (EPC), where he has contributed for 13 years and served as Chairman. In early 2026, Tom was appointed to the GEAPS International Board of Directors to fill a vacancy and was subsequently elected to a full term beginning with the 2026–2027 year.
