Is there a discount on registration for GEAPS members? Open

Yes! GEAPS members receive a discount on most registrations. Become a member of GEAPS at GEAPS Membership – GEAPS before you register, and you will receive your discount when you return to register (next day).

Exchange Housing Options Open

GEAPS has negotiated discounted room rates at hotel properties near the convention center. GEAPS’ housing management company, Maritz, will handle all hotel reservations and inquiries. Reservations can be made while registering for the event.

What are the registration deadlines? Open

The early bird deadline is January 27, 2026. If you miss this deadline you may still register anytime, up until the day of the Exchange or onsite. However, be sure to register early for the best rates!

Do I need to bring my registration information to the Exchange? Open

You will need to pick up your badge at the Registration Center in the convention center. Having your registration information will expedite the process, especially if you have your registration barcode. If you forget your registration information, we can still look you up!  

Pre-registered attendees will have a separate line for picking up their badges. 

Can I register onsite? Open

Yes! We would love to see you and welcome walk-up registrations throughout the show. However, we encourage you to save some time by registering online. You may register online anytime up to your arrival at GEAPS Exchange, even as you are walking in the door. Your badge will be ready and waiting for you to print out. Please note, we only accept credit card payments onsite. Registration staff are available if you need help—before or after the event.

What is the refund and cancellation policy? Open

All registration cancellations must be received in writing/by email to  Customer Service. 

No refunds will be issued for Expo-only passes. 

Cancellations received after January 27, will be assessed a $50 administrative fee. 

No cancellation refunds will be issued for requests made after February 12. 

Registrations can be transferred prior to the Exchange by emailing Customer Service 

Any hotel reservation in the GEAPS Exchange room block cancelled after January 13 will be issued a cancellation fee of $200.  This is independent of the hotel’s individual reservation cancellation fee policy.
