The Exchange Education Programming Committee (EPC) is responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating delivery of educational programming at the annual GEAPS Exchange. The EPC ensures that the educational content reflects current operational challenges, emerging trends, and evolving best practices in the grain handling and processing industries.
Leading up to Exchange, the committee identifies industry education needs, defines learning objectives, and selects relevant topics and qualified speakers. During and after the event, the EPC evaluates sessions and program outcomes to continually enhance the educational value year over year.
