Planning for Exchange 2016 Well Under Way
Fresh off the huge success of Exchange 2015 in St. Louis, Missouri, GEAPS is already busy planning next year's big show in Austin, Texas. As the conference starts to take shape over the coming months, watch for more updates on the education program, Expo 2016 and registration.
Submit Your Idea for Exchange Education Sessions
The Exchange is a great opportunity to learn about the latest trends and technologies in the industry, and build the skills and knowledge that help you work more efficiently. Education sessions are organized by the Exchange Educational Programming Committee (EPC), and GEAPS members are invited to suggest topics for Exchange 2016 in Austin, Texas.
“Our members face a lot of the same challenges across a number of facilities,” said Allan Tedrow, McCormick Construction Co., EPC chair. “That’s why it is so important for members to submit their ideas. If we get several requests for courses on grain quality management or a new technology like drones, we can really hone in and create some terrific programming to address the topic.”
The EPC meets in late May to begin evaluating possible sessions. To submit an idea for an education session, email Kelly Stucki at email@example.com. Please include a brief description of your topic and whether the presentation should be entry-level or more advanced. If you would like to suggest a speaker, please include their name and company.
