Start the morning and Exchange off on the right foot and head out for a refreshing 5k run or walk through a brisk winter morning in Kansas City.  

This event is complimentary for all attendees, and participants will receive an Exchange 2026 Fun Run Finisher medal. The group will start from the Marriott Lobby. Maps of the route will be available on-site.
